The people working check-in at this hotel were rude and very unhelpful. I paid $30 to have a boat slip/parking with electricity. I was given a numbered/assigned parking slip for my boat. When I went to park my boat in the assigned slip it was occupied. I went back into the office to let them know. The lady told me to just park in another slip, that it would be okay. I asked what if someone complains about me being parked in their slip? She replied it's okay there is no way for me to know who is parked in your assigned slip. So, reluctantly I moved my boat to another boat slip. The electricity would not work. I went back in and let them know that there was no working electricity in the slip. She said to move again. The purpose for requesting a boat slip in the first place was so that you could charge up your boat. I was not told about the extra fee to have a boat slip either when i called and made my reservation. Furthermore we requested extra pillows. The pillows were in sight and we offered to go ahead and take them to our room so that noone would have to make an extra trip to deliver them to us. The lady replied no thats okay we will bring them to your room. We never got our 2 extra pillows. It was the most awful stay I have ever had at any hotel in my life. I will not stay here again nor will I recommend this Best Western motel. It makes me hesitate to stay at future Best Westerns anywhere.
We stayed here for our Honeymoon. The room was just perfect with the Jacuzzi tub with the television in the bathroom. Very spacious shower.

Loved the hotel. Loved the room. Loved the bar and grill with live music. Never experienced a hotel as great as this! I think all hotels should have a bar and grill or something equivalent to where at the end if the day you can go there and relax. Everything was A+++ including the staff. Everyone staff member we encountered greeted us with a hello and a smile.

This Best Western is five star worthy in every way. This is my 2nd time staying here; was hard to leave this morning! The managers, Jashmina and Don Mehta and their staff are so very friendly and willing to go the extra mile , provided excellent service all around. On both my stays, extra blankets, extra towels and ice to my door were brought to my room with a smile and an upbeat attitude. Check in and check out was a breeze, professionally handled with a generous side of Texas hospitality. Very clean and comfortable guest rooms, roomy and beautifully appointed! Room amenities such as a small refrigerator , microwave and thermostat appeared new and worked perfectly. My bed was lush and dreamy comfortable.The large pubic rooms and dining room are welcoming, pristine clean and well appointed. Delicious full breakfast.
My daughter and her boyfriend stayed here, very nice large room. Especially nice jet bathtub and separate large shower. Hallways are rather warm on upper floors. Nice bar, offering food as well. Swimming pool on premises as well .
This hotel rivals my favorite hotel in Dallas! "Kudos" to The Mehtas and their wonderful professional and super friendly staff... I look forward to coming back and staying at this excellent hotel... was truly a pleasure!
