Unprofessional. Uneducated. Our experience has been a nigntmare. I've filed a formal complaint and an investigation is in process. I called another local insurance company last week and as soon as I said, I need to switch ins compaines the company we use now has been a nightmare. The lady replied, is it state farm? She had several phone calls the same week and people are switching. Please if you're considering using this agent, reconsider. Noone in the office is confident enough to answer questions a day promises of retuning calls are never kept. This place is a joke and I hope she is closed down. Complete nightmare! ZERO ☆
Additionally, I am now currently searching for new home and flood insurance. I will be cancelling those policies as soon as possible as well.
With the new agent, every single interaction with her office has been useless. I have called no less than 6-8 times to have an issue taken care of, and it still has not been done! You speak with a different person each time and obviously they have not been trained to do their jobs effectively. And like the other review, have never been able to even speak to Ms. Threadgill.
Angry again this morning as I called last Friday morning to cancel my insurance on four vehicles due to the inconsistency with this State Farm agency. I was ASSURED twice that the next payment coming due was not pending and would NOT be withdrawn from my banking account. Checked my bank account first thing this morning and guess what? They have withdrawn the next payment from my account to be posted today. THIS IS THE EXACT REASON I CANCELLED with you all.
Horrible experience since Wayne Melton retired. NEVER had one issue when he was my agent. You could reach him and if he said something would be taken care of, it was.
